Josh Stratton- Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator/QB Coach

Coach Stratton is entering his second season at the helm of the Juggernaut Football Program. The Juggs went 5-7 in Coach Stratton's first year and he was named the 2011 2A District 6 Coach of the Year. Prior to coming to Lloyd Memorial Coach Stratton was the QB Coach at Covington Holmes High School where he tutored Jesse Jenson to becoming the 2010 District Player of the Year. While at Holmes Coach Stratton was apart of two district championships. Before his stint at Holmes, Stratton was in Missouri at Herculaneum High School, where he was not only the Offensive Coordinator of the football team but also the Head Boys Basketball Coach and the 2009 Jefferson County Conference Coach of the Year. Before his move to Missouri, Coach Stratton was both a basketball and football assistant at Grant County High School in Dry Ridge, KY. Coach Stratton is a graduate of Morehead State University and Westland High School (Galloway, OH). Coach Stratton is currently a Social Studies teacher at Lloyd Memorial. Coach Stratton will marry Stacey Hedrick the summer of 2012.

Brendhan Haynes- Offensive Line/Special Teams Coordinator

Coach Haynes is orginailly from Carsile, OH, where he was a 3 year letterman and an excellent student. Due to his committment to being a "student-athlete" he was able to go to Centre College to continue his career. Again at Centre Coach Haynes excelled both on and off the field and was offered a job right out of school teaching social studies and coaching football for another Centre grad. Coach Haynes was at Pendleton County High School from 2007 through 2009. In the spring of 2009 Coach Haynes was hired at Lloyd Memorial High School to teach social studies and coach football. Coach Haynes is currently working on a Masters in Education from Northern Kentucky University and is planning on marrying Sarah Harrison the summer of 2012.

Alan Haire- Safeties/Defensive Coordinator
Coach Haire is coming into his second season with the Juggs both as the Inside Linebackers Coach and our Defensive Coordinator. Coach Haire is a native of Dayton, KY where he played football and ran track. After graduating from Dayton in 2006 he took his talents to Kentucky Wesleyan University where he played Linebacker for two years. Coach Haire started his coaching career at Holmes High School where he coached Linebackers and was the Freshman/JV Head Coach. Coach Haire was an important part of the two district titles won at Holmes in 2009 and 2010. Coach Haire also coaches Track and Field at Holmes High School where he teaches Carpentry.

Coach Layman was born and raised in Bowling, Ohio where he graduated from Bowling Green High School in 2002. After Graduation Coach Layman enlisted in the United States Army where he served 5 years as a paratrooper based out of Ft. Bragg, N.C. After serving five years active duty, Coach Layman then enlisted and served three years in the U.S. Army Reserve and moved back to Bowling Green. Coach Layman coached full time for 2 years at Bowling Green, one year as the eighth grade defensive coordinator, and one year with the varsity team as a defensive assistant and middle linebacker coach. Coach Layman is currently in his third year as a coach at Lloyd. Coach Layman currently resides in Northern KY with his wife Jacquelyn and Great Dane, Brutus, where he attends school full time as a security and safety management and criminal justice major.

David (Smitty) Smith- Running Backs Coach/JV Offensive Coordinator
Coach Smith is a 1977 graduate of LMHS. He also attended Cincinnati Technical College, Univeristy of Cincinnati, and the Pipefitters Local #392 both the apprenticeship and upgrade programs. He currently works as a Building Engineer for the Jones, Lang, LaSalle Company. He has been married to Laurabeth Messmer (LMHS class of 1980). He is also the proud father of Dexter and Dillon (class of 2013). Smitty was also the captain on the undefeated 1976 State Championship Team. He sarted coaching at LMHS in 1982! He still today has the same dedication and passion for helping young Juggernauts get better on and off the football field.

Dale "Dipper" Golsby Jr.- Wide Receivers Coach
Dale is the son of Carla and Dale SR. He is married to Nicole Gates Golsby, he has a son Isiah 4, daughter Amelia (Mia) newborn. He is the second oldest of 7 children, A Holmes High School graduate in 2002. Dale played football, baseball and basketball while at Holmes. He then took his talents to the University of Louisville, where he graduated in 2006 with a Communications Degree. While at the University of Louisville Dale played football for 3yrs. Dale is in his 2nd year coaching at Lloyd & 2nd year as a varsity coach. Last year Dale coached Defensive Backs for the Juggs, but this year he will move over to the offensive side of the ball and coach Wide Receivers.

Patrick Burke- Defensive Line
Coach Patrick Burke is entering his 3rd year coaching football. This is coach Burke’s first season at Lloyd. He will be an assistant varsity coach for the defensive line. Coach Burke is a 2005 graduate of Covington Catholic High school where he was a four year letterman of the football team. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Health from Union College where he was a 3 year starter on the football team and was voted to the mid-south all conference first team in 2008. Coach Burke will be the Physical Education teacher at Howell and Arnett Elementary schools this upcoming school year.
